Logistics & Supply Chain

Logistics and fleet software for UAE operators

The UAE is a regional logistics hub, and logistics software is judged on one thing: does it know where the stock and the shipment actually are, at volume.

Overview

Software for logistics & supply chain.

UAE logistics is shaped by its role as a hub. Goods arrive through Jebel Ali, Khalifa Port and the airports, sit in free-zone warehouses in JAFZA, SAIF Zone or KEZAD, and leave again — re-exported across the GCC, Africa and South Asia, or released to mainland buyers. Alongside that runs one of the region’s busiest last-mile markets: couriers, e-commerce fulfilment, water and FMCG route delivery, and distribution out to the Northern Emirates.

Freight forwarders, 3PLs, distributors and last-mile operators all run on accuracy and timing. A warehouse figure that drifts, a shipment nobody can locate, a cash-on-delivery collection that does not reconcile, a delivery with no proof: each of those is a direct cost, and at volume the costs compound fast.

We build the operational systems that keep it under control: warehouse and 3PL management, fleet and route planning, driver and delivery apps with proof of delivery, consignment tracking, and the documentation that freight and re-export require. These systems run continuously and feed real decisions, so we build them for reliability and scale rather than for a demo.

What we build

The systems logistics & supply chain runs on.

The problems repeat by sector more than they repeat by technology — these are the ones we are asked for most.

Warehouse & 3PL systems

Bin-level warehouse management, multi-client stock and 3PL billing, with goods status tracked across free-zone, re-export and mainland movements.

Fleet & route management

Vehicle scheduling, route planning and driver assignment for operators managing deliveries across the emirates.

Delivery & courier apps

Driver apps with offline proof of delivery, cash-on-delivery collection and reconciliation, and customer tracking links.

Freight & customs documentation

Documentation and reconciliation for freight forwarding and re-export, built into the workflow rather than bolted on.

Why it matters

Accurate at volume, and it stays up

A logistics system that drifts out of accuracy — or falls over mid-operation — costs money immediately and keeps costing it. We build for throughput and uptime: systems that hold accuracy under load, fail safely, and recover cleanly. In this sector the software has to be right while the operation is running, not merely correct in a quiet test.

Which system do you need?

3PL or free-zone warehouse
A warehouse management system with multi-client stock, 3PL billing and goods-status tracking. Start with warehouse management and 3PL software.
Distributor or trading company
An ERP with multi-currency purchasing, landed cost and multi-warehouse stock, plus delivery apps. Start with ERP for trading and distribution.
Courier or last-mile operator
Driver and dispatch apps with offline proof of delivery, COD reconciliation and customer tracking. Start with delivery app development.
Water or FMCG route delivery
Recurring orders, route planning, bottle or crate deposits and driver collections. Start with route and order software for water delivery.
Freight forwarder or shipping operator
Shipment files, documentation, costing per job and carrier integration. Start with the fleet and logistics guide or the maritime guide.

Warehouse and 3PL systems

Free-zone warehouses have to track not just where stock is but whose it is and what customs status it has — in the zone, re-exported, moved to another zone or released to the mainland. 3PLs also need billing from actual pallet-days and handling, and client portals so customers stop emailing for stock reports.

Fleet, route and delivery apps

On the road, the questions are simple and unforgiving: does the driver know the next stop, can they capture proof without signal, does cash collected match deliveries made, and does the customer know when to expect them? We build driver and dispatch apps, route planning and customer tracking that answer those questions, connected to your warehouse or ERP.

Freight, shipping and distribution

Freight forwarders and shipping operators work in jobs and voyages rather than SKUs: documentation, costs and revenue per shipment, and integration with carriers and port systems where interfaces exist. Distributors sit between warehouse and customer, and usually need an ERP that understands currencies, landed cost and credit control.

Questions

Logistics & Supply Chain, specifically.

Yes. Drivers get their stops in sequence, capture signature, photo or scan at the door even without signal, and record cash or card collected. At day-end, collections are reconciled against delivered consignments per driver, so cash-on-delivery gaps are caught the same day.

Yes. We build warehouse management for free-zone operators and 3PLs — bin locations, multi-client stock, storage and handling billing, client portals, and goods status across re-export and mainland movements.

Usually, yes — with ERPs, accounting systems, carrier platforms and telematics through APIs or data exchange. Where an interface does not exist, we will explain the options and risks rather than promising a fragile link.

If you only need quantities by item and warehouse, inventory software or an ERP is enough. You need a WMS when you manage stock by bin location, direct pickers by scanner, run several clients’ stock, or bill for storage and handling.

That is what we design for. We load-test warehouse and tracking systems against peak throughput rather than average days, and monitor them in production, so accuracy holds as volume grows.
