1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing zellarc.ae (the “Site”) or engaging Zellarc for services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or that could give rise to civil or criminal liability.

3. Nature of the Site

This Site is informational. It does not take bookings, process payments, or create accounts. Any engagement with Zellarc begins with a written proposal and a signed agreement; nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or a quotation.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Zellarc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise, all material on the Site is the property of Zellarc.

5. Client responsibilities

For a service engagement, the client agrees to supply the information, materials, and approvals a project requires, in reasonable time. Delay in providing them may move the project timeline.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zellarc and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, data, use, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
