Wireframing
We start our design process with wireframing to establish the basic structure and layout of the user interface. This low-fidelity approach allows us to focus on functionality and user flow without getting distracted by visual details, ensuring a solid foundation for the design.
Advantages
- Focus on structure and functionality early.
- Quick and cheap to create and iterate.
- Helps align the team and stakeholders on the core layout.
Disadvantages
- Lack of visual detail can make it hard for some stakeholders to visualize.
- Can be misinterpreted as the final design.
- Doesn't test visual appeal or branding.
