At Zellarc, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may offer a refund for our services, which include but are not limited to web development, tech integration, full-stack solutions, and consulting.
2. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant investment in time, resources, and expertise, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. Payments for services are considered final.
3. Project-Based Services
For project-based work, payments are typically made in milestones. Each milestone payment is non-refundable upon completion and approval of that milestone.
- Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid to commence a project is non-refundable as it covers the costs of discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made at various stages of the project are non-refundable once the work for that milestone has been delivered and approved by the client.
4. Exceptions
In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Zellarc's management if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control.
No refunds will be issued for projects that are delayed or abandoned by the client. If a client fails to provide necessary feedback, content, or approvals in a timely manner, we reserve the right to pause the project, and no refund will be issued for payments made.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Consulting and strategy sessions.
- Domain name registration fees.
- Third-party software or service licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
6. How to Request a Refund
To be considered for a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must submit a request in writing to our support team at info@zellarc.ae within 7 days of the service delivery issue. The request must include a detailed explanation of the problem.
