Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant investment in time, resources, and expertise, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. Payments for services are considered final.
3. Project-Based Services
For project-based work, payments are typically made in milestones. The initial deposit paid to commence a project is non-refundable as it covers the costs of discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
4. Exceptions
In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Zellarc's management if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control. No refunds will be issued for projects that are delayed or abandoned by the client.
